Rebuilt FD won't crank...several issues

Hey all,
Recently rebuilt my 1993 RX7 FD over the winter. I pulled the engine and transmission over the winter and rebuilt everything from the ground up. The drivetrain is back in the car, hooked up and replummed. I went with the simplified sequential set up and an OEM rebuild kit from Pineapple. Also went with a 3 core radiator, cooler thermostadt and fan switch.

I consider myself a pretty decent mechanic, however electrical isnt my strength. I hooked the battery up and turned it to accessory and the problems began.

1) The fans turn on when I turn the key to ignition. No fuel either. Sounds like they are on at full tilt. No water in the system yet as i am waiting for a new housing.

2) When I turn the key to crank, nothing happens. The fans are still running though. No fuel either. I bypassed the fuel pump relay and was able to get fuel.

3) Power windows, sunroof and headlight motor don't work. Everything else does.

Please help. I'm on the edge of insanity with this build.

look by the battery. Willing to bet its going to be your ACC fuse going to battery. It powers the whole car. lmk
