Oil control spring grooves?

Oil control spring grooves?
I'm currently in the middle of my first engine rebuild, currently assembling the rotors. As I'm putting the oil control ring springs in, I notice there's 2 different holes to put the round end of the spring into on the rotor, does it matter which one of these I choose? Forgive me like I said, first time lol.
