Oil control spring grooves?
 

I'm currently in the middle of my first engine rebuild, currently assembling the rotors. As I'm putting the oil control ring springs in, I notice there's 2 different holes to put the round end of the spring into on the rotor, does it matter which one of these I choose? Forgive me like I said, first time lol. :)
