Hello, my name is Anthony. .... I let my car sit for 6 years. It's time to put her back on the road....I changed fuses and replaced the spark plugs. She still doesn't want to crank over. I pulled the fuel regulator switch next to the steering column. Still will not crank over. A mechanic I know says that it has lost compression from sitting and to put a very small amount of trans fluid down the intake manifold.....didn't work. I pulled the egi fuse and tried the flooding thing...still nothing...help me out guys...please....

You could try to let it sit..again with ATF In the housings..via the spark plug holes.
6 years is a long time to let the engine sit and get corroded internally. It will stick seals. So your mechanic may be right.
the ATF is a last resort. If not you will be looking into a rebuild.
Have you tried Pull/push starting it yet??

I have not tried to push or pull yet. The next thing I will try is to test my spark plug wires to make sure I'm getting spark to the motor. After that I will try the trans fluid thing where the spark plugs go. Other than that I just don't know what could be wrong.
