It's like a Thumpr cam... all of the sound and drivability issues but none of the power.

Seems like a little bit more work on the ports would yield a much better result.

I have just downloaded Autodesk Simulation CFD, so when i learn how to use it i might try to get a flow simulation betwean a real bp and this drilled/swiss cheese version.

Did I point out that the only difference (drivability, economy, powerband) between a small bridge and a large one is the amount of power you make?

I did?

I'll make the point again. There is no point to making a "small" bridge. Once you open up past the cornerseal, you will have all of the same drivability/tuning sensitivity problems no matter if it is a 1/4" hole or a full height water seal eating eyebrow. The only difference is that the bigger port will actually be worth the hassle. I've tried all sorts of combinations and I've "settled" on eyebrows as big as possible without hitting water jacket on the secondary side. Only because I run 2 piece apex seals and I don't want to relieve the rotor housing where the short piece is.

I predict no more power than an equivalent street port, probably less.

yeah you already did peejay, how about you wait till my build is finished and then after my dyno results, and if i don't make over 200whp, than i'll gladly accept that it those port don't work, but for now all i hear is bashing,

i've also saved my Lightened Rotors for a different build, i'm using my S5 NA rotors for this engine

So do it then! I had my first half bridge engine ported and back in the car in less than two days. Do it to it!

BTW - I'm not close to 200whp unless you configure the dyno to inflation mode.

Back in the day people called that a "Domino" Bridge Port. It will work great. It has some nice angle to it. Good Luck with the build.

Appears to be the RB upper intake manifold for a side draft weber, with a spacer plate to change the total runner length.

I see TWO Supras! What's up with those?

Also, could we get a close up on that center console, looks like you have a pretty interesting custom setup there.
