ok, i just bought an ibm 560 thinkpad with windows98. it has an external floppy drive. so i download the haltech software from the haltech site. i copy it to my floppy and i restart my computer in dos-mode, load floppy drive, run the e6k program, try to connect to ecu and it says " incorrect programmer version, install later version of e6k programmer." what does this mean? has anyone ever had such a hard time trying to connect? all help is greatly appreciated,
