They fit on the FD's upgraded 17's, correct? (the 99spec ones)
Yes, both the street and AP kit fit the 17s.

Yes, all components are equal to or less than their stock OEM components the car left the factory with

Would definitely be interested in a kit that would fit with the OEM 16" wheels.

It currently does fit the OEM 16s, if we end up increasing the rotor size it may or may not, but our goal is to retain fitment on stock wheels.

Aiming for around $1200, depending on how much our cost of manufacturing is.

Yes we are! There are a few last details we want to make sure we get right before we push this into production. We're nearly ready to open up a group buy on it, but we're excited that we're finally nearly finished and ready to go.

We actually have two designs... we'll get some pics up shortly.

Can we get a set of hands for how many people are interested in this? We've got this and another version that we're working on simultaneously. Both are aiming towards affordable BBK options as we've already got the Competition AP kit on the other end of the spectrum. Both street and AP kits will work with our competition rear brake kit as an option (not required)

So we've actually moved to a slighty larger rotor (the same as the rotor we use in the AP competition kit). This will allow for better pad contact as our main point of reservation was the pad overhang with the Lexus calipers from Mazda. Since Mazda didnt have any control over the pad shape, versus the 99 spec rotor size, they were forced to fudge it with some outboard pad overhang. Since we've got more options for rotor sizes as our disposal we're building this around a larger rotor which will nearly completely fix this issue.

more info to come shortly

This of this kit as a streetable R-Spec brake kit, on steroids

Will the slightly larger rotor still fit a 17" rim?

Absolutely. We wanted to have this set fit the stock 16's actually but it's a bit too close for comfort. We'll have something for OEM 16" wheel guys but it will be after this kit.

^ We'll be releasing info toward the end of the year. We have TWO options coming out, both pretty affordable as far as BBK's go. One street and on track setup, both work with our competition rears
