YAY, my cars finally getting looked at!
I finally got the insurance company to have my car taken to another place to see if the accident caused the engine damage or not. So its at a local Mazda dealership, I know I know im not that happy about it being there but whatever they break insurance will pay for 
. Anyways they have found all kinds of things that was cause by the accident including a messed up section of the harness I guess. They also found out the reason it wont start is because its not getting any spark for some reason. So everythings being looked at and conclusion is that insurance will pay for a new rebuild. I'm kinda happy and feel better now that I have closure to this ordeal.
BTW: I've been without my car for almost 8 months now, possibly coming on 9 I lost count
