What is the best engine timing to use
What is the stock timing or ideal timing on most rotary engines from the factory?
And how much is it retard on bost?

Search in the "single turbo" section. There's lots of information on timing there. From what I've read you really need to dyno tune your car to understand the gains or losses achieved by making adjustments in timing.
I still need to do this(dyno tune). But unless you are going to get on a dyno, I wouldn't mess with it. You could pop your motor.
