RSR Down Springs Question
I've tried for a year to buy some RSR race springs for my FD to no avail. I did get a free set of RSR down springs that I thought I'd sell but now I'm thinking of using. I'd be installing them with a new set of GAB Super R's and all new rubber.
My question is: Can anybody tell me how accurate the advertised drop is? I really don't want to drop much but could probably live with the advertised .8".
The free lengths of the springs are considerably shorter than OEM specification. On the order of 2" in the rear and 1.3" front.

I had the RS*R down springs for a while, and I got a significant drop in height.
In the end, it turned out to be too much being that they were too soft for auto-x. They were spec'd for a 0.8" front and 0.6" rear.
The race springs are supposed to be stiffer, but I'll leave that question up for someone else.
