Question Part number Knock Sensor?

I looked up the knock sensor on the parts fiche and it had a # of 18920A

The sensor that I got from one of the forum members looks right, but the only number I can see on it is 09011 008

My concern is whether the "wire" is the correct size. I had read several posts about people getting stuck with too short of a wire.

The sneor also has N3A1 on a side, I think that is the right number for the ECU.

Anyway to find out if this part is a fit (wire wise), I guess it could be from a 94 or later.

Thanks for any help.

Hey, I had one pulled out of my car a few days ago and this is what it says on it.

08003
067

NF 01

Its about 7- 7 1/2 inches long.

If its the same size as mine in the picture than it should work just fine.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!

That is exactly how it looks, so I'm relaxing a bit.

Thanks for the pic.

Not a problem, you should have no fitment issues then.

Just so you know a bad knock sensor can retard timing and cut boost.

Yes -- hoping that it HAS been impacting performance.

Now the trick is figuring out how to get to the buried connector.
