Fog Lights Harness Connection?
Putting things back together and this connector does not have a mate. Unfortunately, did not snap a pick of this area when i tore it down and it's been 18 months. My guess is it's the harness connector for the fog lights which i don't have. Am i correct?

Yep you have it right. That's where the fog harness connects.
