flywheel problem?
I have a stock flywheel and clutch and after sliping it through 1-3rd gear druing hard driving i have a problem. When i go to disingauge the clutch there is a great vibration.. this is in all the gears...after talk to a few of my honda racing freinds then tell me its most mostly wormed or burn my flywheel. and told me to drive it like that and in time it will going away. Can this be the case?

It could, but my money is on the pilot bearing, input shaft or the front trans bearings bad.
The reason is that it only happens when you depress the clutch. When the clutch is locked, it alligns the trans shaft with the clutch plate splines. When you press in the clutch, the plate has freedom to wobble but only if there is play in the input shaft. This is usually caused by worn shaft, worn piolt bearing, or the front trans bearing is worn out.
I have gone through a few clutches in my FD and I have not seen a flywheel burnt or worn soo bad to vibrate and just resurface itself after awhile.
Just my 2 cents....

if the car shifts ok and doesn't grind going into gears i agree w adam. if it is hard to shift it could be, in addition to a worn pilot bearing or input shaft gear, that the organic face got ripped up and is dragging on either the clutchface or flywheel.
