fd question about chassis

i wanted to know in the fd is there a differnt in the chassis between the r1 and the others i was reading an atricle in modified and he was talkling about how the r1 was better so i just wouder if it was just the pacage or something major

Chassis is the same. Shocks stiffer on R1..
