crazy messed up electrical problem

I have been going crazy with my 7, hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

94 Rx-7.

EDIT: I am refering to the turn signal lights inside the dash. The exterior turn signals always work.

both the turn signals stay lit on the car under the following conditions:

1) turn the key to the car "on"
2) Engine running.
3) turn the lights on (even with the key removed).

If you turn the left turnsignal on it will blink normal, but the right one will still be solid green and vice-versa.

In addition to the above issues, when you turn the lights on the dash lights will not light up. Its completely dark (cant see any gauges or the odometer). The turn signals will be light up.

Any ideas on where to start? If I'm not clear about anything please ask.

Thanks!

Here are some other things I just found out.

The AC/heater fan doesnt work. But here is the really fun part.

when you have the key turned and the lights off the entire dash will be lit up. The dash dimmer will not dim the dash, but if you turn the AC **** up and down that will dim the dash light. WHen you turn the lights on the dash will go out (but the turn signal leds stay lit up).

Any ideas? battery voltage is 13.6 to 13.7.

Did this happen out of nowhere or after you finished with a project? Your more than likely having grounding issues and knowing where you had last been tooling around may help single out which one it is.

Sounds like a movie plot to me.... careful, it may blow up at any moment!

But seriously folks,

I agree with the last post and you should be looking at grounding.

over the last 6 months it would be off and on. Out of no where the turnsignals would come on. Some times the fan would not work. It was getting worse and worse.

It changes from time to time. So far it has not gone back to working correctly. I'd be suprised if it was a ground since I did not mess with factory wiring, but I dont know. It seems like 1/2 the internal lights/heater/ac blower, etc are messed up.

Im going to take it to the dealer on friday and let them mess it up more, lol.
