Blitz DD BOV

ok...for sumreason my Blitz BOV does not want to werk...i adjusted it so many different times...yet, its playin with my...if i put it jus a lil too tight, it dont open(at least i cant hear it, and when i rev it, i dont see it opening), and if it's even a littlw too loose, it leaks when im driving...then i put it to what i think is right, and it takes a half hour for it to do any thing...whats the deal?

Do you have the vacuum hose installed right? I cant see from your pic.

Also, check that you have the adjustment screw set right. You have to loosen the nut then use an allen wrench to position it I think. The instructions tell you how to see based on the vacuum at idle if it is set right.

the instructions i have are in japanese...so i cant really do anything with them...heres a pic of where my vacuum line goes in, its circled...
