Question for Wolf

Ok Guys I have been trying to tune my wolf Version 4 for amost a month with little luck . I currently have an 86 base but have installed a 89 - 91 T II , stripped all the emmissions , Ac, Power steering . Added Racing beat ex, brembo drilled and slotted rotors , Tokico 5 way adj with ground control coil overs , Racing beat from sway bar and finally this Wolf 3D . I am simply trying to get the car to run well stock, but this is turning out to be a chore . I can get he car running and even drive it , but when stomping the gas is seems to be getting either to much gas or not enough spark . I have put the engine 60 degrees advanced and made sure the crank angle was set up right . Today a ran another 12 volt line into the leading ignigtor. I did notice it seemed to react better , but not a ton of difference . i have used a lap top to try and lower the amount of fuel / along with trying lean it out a bit with no luck . I have a T66 turbo with a Sperco front mount to add after I get this part done . Does anybody have any sugestions or know of someone in the Va area who could help
