Ignition sense pin low??

I got my wolf3d all wired up and found out my starter is bad so I cant try to start up the car yet. When I have my hand controller hooked up and I turn the key on, it says "Check Wiring, Ignition Sense Pin Low, but ECU is on". Does anyone have an idea why im getting that?

Nevermind in the book it says its caused by the turbo timer loop back plug not being installed. Meaning if I dont got a turbo timer hooked up, then I gatta have the loop back plug in..... alright im ganna go try it out see what happends

I had my wolf half wired up and i gave it power, i got the same error, shut it off, threw in the loopback and the error went away

My home built turbo timer does the same causing the ign sense low alarm until it turns the ignition back on. It has a delay of 2 seconds before all ignition power is supplied. I had to do this because of some strange intermittent failure to run the timer at turnoff.

I have been watching images of Wolf´s turbo timer and it seems that it is a very simple thing. It looks a "simple" relay or array of them. Is there anyone who knows this? I´d like to build it.

Regards.
