When: 3pm to 8pm Greeting, registration and begin vehicle staging for car show. PARTY AT THE CIRCUS CIRCUS Where: Circus Circus Hospitality Suite When: 8pm to whenever Party will be BYOB with horderves, chips and dips supplied by WHiV6. SATURDAY MAY 18th ROTARY SHOW Check-in begins at 7am Show 8am to 1pm This year a rotary show will be held in the parking area behind The Circus Circus Adventure-dome. There will be several categories depending upon the cars registered prior to the event. Repus, old school, 7’s, and 8’s will be judged separately. 7s may be broken up into first, second and third gen vehicles if preregistration shows a sufficient number. All rotary vehicles registered in the show will be eligible for trophies. TROPHIES, RAFFLE, AND FOOD Raffle tickets will be sold at the meet and greet on Friday and during the car show on Saturday. Drawing for raffle prizes, announcement of car show winners and presentation of trophies will be done at conclusion of car show. For attendees convenience there will be food vendors available during the show as there will not be a lunch as in past years. ANNUAL CRUISE 2PM Be prepared for an approx. 3hr drive Valley of Fire (Tentative) (there will be maps and SCR will pre-run the route) At Hotel Party When: 8pm to ???? This will BYoB Other Elements to be confirmed SUNDAY MAY 19th SCENIC CRUISE We will have a short cruise to a scenic area to be announced Willow Beach (Tentative) AFTER CRUISE BBQ At an area to be announced. Food and soda provided by a sponsor End of WHiV6...Hope you all had a good time PARKING Circus Circus as the host Hotel & Casino is providing an area that will be watched very closely. Further information on its location will be forth coming Reservation will be telephoned directly to the Hotel at 866-755-7776 option 1 in order to receive the group rate. Callers must identify their affiliation with the “What Happens in Vegas Meet” Group code CW05WHV. Rates cannot be changed at checkin or checkout. Trying to decide if I want to caravan, or solo it so I can poke along at a low rock-defying pace. Decisions, decisions.... Add to it 'no air-conditioning' so I'm kinda inspired to head out shortly after the morning traffic dies off.

2 ... blue masking tape really works wonders, applied like a bra then take off once here ... the white FC that won at the same SS you did drove out with me to Socal with a blue nose and had zero issues and there are a couple of the 8 owners that I know do the same thing |
Good tips, there. I'm a little concerned what the tape itself might do coming off, though. Had a problem with that in one spot that apparently wasn't prepped real well. Will take under advisement.
I'll hit wacky up via text & see what his plans are. We're not starting too close together, so kinda depends on how he's going over the mountains. Thanks, Ray. |

Breaking News!!! ... the show portion will NOT be held at Circus Circus .... we have secured another location that should prove to be better!!! ... but we will parade approx 4 1/4 miles down the Las Vegas Strip (we are setting up photograghers) to another location ... we will be rolling out from Circus Circus ... more info to come in the next day ...
Maps will be available Friday afternoon/evening during registration and Saturday morning prior to roll out ... super easy only two turns to the show location |
where is the new location or will there be people set up at CC to point people in the right direction? i'm sure there will be late people who will be lost if the show portion is being moved.
