Would anyone who live in MST, PST, or Hawaii time go to command prompt and type in the following?

tracert -d 64.128.164.129

That's my work's IP and wanted to know what city offers fastest latency time to my work server.

I just need the highest ping time you see in the window in "ms" and your city & state.
