CA Insurance

What do you guys have for insurance and how much do you spend?

I had Progressive previously and I paid around $130-$140 per month. Too much I think.

Any thoughts?

thats the way to go... since FCs dont hold a good Threshold value.... Just a OEM fender Alone and a Ahesive Moulding would Total Loss your FC like that....

Most cases if you do get in a heavy Accident. the insurence would give you A dollar amount for Repair and you would have to Pay the Balance on the repair..

Full coverage only gets you so far... when it comes to late 90 Cars... Insurence will pay half...

Wow, I'd change insurance companies if I were you. Mine covers up to $4,800.00 whether it be theft or collision, as thats the value they have for my car as it is now. Then as I add other things, i.e. wheels, stereo etc... that would bring the value above 4800, then I inform them and it increases from there. But it's gotta be up to the insurance companies, and this one's been working for me for several years.

I have allstate and with good driver, good student, and second car with maximum 5000 miles a year I pay about $800 for 6 months. BUT I also have loads of benifits and an agreed value of $20,000 in case the car is stolen or totaled.

I pay $122 a month from Farmers. This is with $250,000 liability coverage. I live in SF there's alot of pedestrians and Bentleys around so I don't **** around, I wanna make sure I'm covered for anything that jumps in front of my car.
