FD for S2000

I have 2 FD's, been toying with the idea of selling my lesser of the two or trading.
Do you think a 2005 S2000 would be a comparable trade?
Good-
88k original solid engine
Rb dual tip
Tokico Illuminas
straight down pipe
HKS Springs
Shine rear 1/4s over fabricated rear 1/4s where the original were cut out, true wide body ability.
C west bumper and 99 turn signals
Bad-
Salvage
Needs paint, 3 diff colors from piecing it together
Rear 1/4s need molding on
Interior carpet and seats are bad
Original stereo, barely works, lcd is shot.
Sun roof seal is torn.

To the non enthusiast it prob sounds crazy, hoping a S2000 owner would known the value of an FD.

Thoughts?

what are the specs of the s2000 and condition? I think you may have my number so feel free to text or call if you're wanting feedback. Used to own an 05 s2000 for ~7-8 years, highly modified making 530whp on 91 pump. Depends on your goals, really

title really kills it. If i spend 20k restoring id get 30-50% less on resale than if i restored a clean title

that is true, but there is not 20k in restoration needed. I'd say 6k in paint and body, 2k in interior and you are good go.

If I had two FDs one of which was in need of restoration, I would trade it for an S2k. To have a nice high reving NA motor would be a blast. They’re great cars, no doubt about it.

Yup, you shouldnt have any problems trading a salvage title FD for a salvage title S2000.

I say go for it!

That is what I'm hoping for, but, I think I have a buyer instead. Cash will just go into my 2nd FD, so that works too.

I'll be putting in a nice 8/10 beige interior here in a bit. Swapping from my Red one, everything but seats, carpet and dash.
