For Carfax.com, you can run it yourself!!!!!

Hey guys, I feel sorry when I see all these people leaving their VIN and I dont' have time to reply to all of them.

But you can run the report yourself!!!!!

1. just go to www.carfax.com

2. enter my email address (yamatokh@hotmail.com)

3. then enter your vin#

4. the report will come out.

I am sorry that i don't have time to run all these report for you guys, so you have to do it your own. And you can run reports on cars other then RX7, any car in US or Canada will do.

the service expires on 01/17/02, take advantage of it.

Feel free to use the service, and good luck.

wow, 113 reports already!!!! Keep going guys, make the full use of it.

And please constantly reply to this thread so it will stay in the first page, so people know about it.

there are still so many people going back to my old topic to ask me to do it for them. Please spread the word that they can do it themselves.

I just reactivate my account, hope it works, let me know if you guys still have problem.

Heh. Mine says it has no problems, but my title is a Rebuilt title. I think it had a PD fire or something, I can't find any body repairs....

Hey thanks, looks like I'm the 5th owner of my baby. Only thing is it didn't pick up either of the accidents I had last summer. (I got rearended twice, both times I went through the insurance companies to get it fixed.)

guys, don't expect too much from carfax.
It didn't even pick up my stolen car record....that tells you how accurate it is.

Like i said, it's only good for a reference, you should still use your own judgement.

And with 100+ reports in a week, you guys are going to get me into trouble :p

no one says anything and no one knows about me when there comes time of investgation

good day

Ran the RX - came back clean - last updated in 1999 - I bought it March this year in another province.

*NO* record at all found about the Bonneville - including auctions and dealer owner's records, I'm the 2 driver of that car, but the 8th owner.

All i can say is i realy appreciate it. And monday morning, i'm going down to DMV to straighten everything out.

When i bought my FD, two years ago, the owner said that he could'nt find the registration. No big deal, i thought. I buy the car, and in a couple weeks the registration comes, with a note on is saying exceeds odo limits. I'm PISSED!!! I want to kill this guy....try calling back. Number has been disconceted. He even moved out of his apartment. I talk to a lawyer, and he says that there realy is'nt anything i can do, because in the bill of sale, it was never stated how many miles where on the car. So instead of the DMV thinking i have 44k miles on my car. It has 144k miles on it! I try to straiten things out with DMV, and they just kept turning me in circles. The car realy does have 44k miles on it, as over a period of less than one year, someone supposedly put 100k miles on it! You would have to live in the car, to do that! So, tomorow, with carfax print out in hand, i plan on going down and talking to the DMV guys again. Any advice? CJ

It worked fine for me, and the other 199 people who did it before me.

This is funny, I did a check on my totaled 89 GTU. I have most of the car sitting in my garage, but the body shell is in a local scrap yard. heres what carfax told me:

GOOD NEWS! CARFAX search results confirm this 1989 Mazda RX7 (JM1FC3317K0705453) qualifies for the $5,000 Clean Title History Guarantee. By ordering this CARFAX Report, you have significantly reduced your risk of purchasing a vehicle with a costly hidden problem.
