i cant find my coolant temp sensor wire

i cant find my coolant temp sensor wire

hello guys..anyone cant send me a electrical drawing, I cant find my coolant temp sensor wire after I reinstalled a fresh built engine...I figure if I know pich pin it is I would splice into there and run a new wire to the senor

You need to list the CAR that you have in order to get specific answers.
Also IF you decide to use the Coolant temp circuit then you most likely would use the SAME sensor that the OLD engine came with.
So using the Rotary engine coolant sensor on say a V8 would have to be addressed.
The threads are different by the way on the sensor.
