i ran on the stock tmic, c12, 19psi, with my streetported 13BT, gt32 and supporting mods.

i had no traction outa the hole in first, wheel hop till half way through second.

i suck at driving and need slicks. tongue.gif

SpeedOfLife 09-04-07 10:56 AM

have you done any suspension work?

marcus219 09-04-07 11:00 AM

no..prob could use some

marcus219 09-04-07 11:01 AM

my mph was 106 on that 13.6 pass should be much lower but need suspension and other thangs?

just lowering springs would do wouldnt they? or cheap coilovers? no way i could drop 1k on some tien's or something

wheelspin & hop = TEH GAY!!!
new shocks and springs and drags will change that im guessing....

cb07 09-04-07 11:42 AM

Man if I ran that fast I'd be so happy.

88rxn/a 09-04-07 12:07 PM

marcus219 09-04-07 12:15 PM

i agree it played a HUGE factor. i didnt have time to weld up my piping. I was icing it in between runs but got yelled at cuz they thought i had a leak. lol.

it got hot as hell thats for sure

hondahater 09-04-07 02:32 PM

why go bigger if im only looking for about 400rwhp?

its spools realllly quick and has top end still

J-Rat 09-04-07 03:09 PM

C-12? Thats motorcycle gas..

marcus219 09-04-07 03:50 PM

its not meant for motorcycles specifically. maybe commonly used in them sure. not safe for turbo engines?

its 108 octane leaded gasoline...specific gravity of .717 at 60*F

says reccomended to use with CR's below 15:1

they only sold c16 by the drum.

J-Rat 09-04-07 03:59 PM

The specific gravity of C16 is much better, but I woudnt want to hazard a guess as to how much a drum costs!

marcus219 09-04-07 04:21 PM

dun dun dun dun

1,156.00 up here

hahaha

wanna go halfs? IF that lol

coxxoc 09-04-07 04:26 PM

Don't be mad at the 13.6. I ran mid-fourteens trapping 110 this last weekend at the strip. Talk about embarassing. 18" wheels + street tires + drag racing = mad wheelspin in 1st 2nd and 3rd (2.6 second 60 ft short shifting to prevent wheelspin).

You might look into some sort of slick setup and some wheels just for drag racing.

I can get drums of C14 local (we use it for our race bike) for 650 per 54 gallon drum. That price seems way high.

Mechanic 09-04-07 06:09 PM

marcus219 09-04-07 08:37 PM

yusoslo 09-06-07 03:59 PM
