518rwhp/393rwtq @ 24psi on pump gas w/ ECU controlled 50/50 water alcohol injection. This is our TDX67(67mm inducer) journal bearing T4 1.15 turbocharger. We built Addicted Performance Unlimited an open volute manifold for a quick spool valve. Its basically the same FD long runner manifold we make, just joined with an open flange. It still uses twin turbosmart comp40 wastegates. The QSP valve ultimately broke( it was even the heavy duty version). So they removed it. Boost response and peak HP are ultimately hurt because of this( open volute manifold, divided turbine housing). Still not bad numbers for a conservative tune. Tuning & build was done by Zach at APU.

Hmmn, ECU control of water/meth with the fail safes incorporated could get me on board with this "bandaid".

The QSP valve ultimately broke( it was even the heavy duty version).

This doesn't surprise me at all.

I tried to divide a single wastegate on divided manifold twice and the rotary differential exhaust pulses tore 1/8" stainless like paper.

This is how I got the idea to use the FD stock sequential manifold as the quick spool valve- it can survive.

As a bonus it combines the rotor's exhaust pulses as soon as possible for more velocity into the turbo.

Someone please try this before I have to!
