interesting..making a couple assumptions .85 DC, 90% power to wheels works out to 0.59 BSFC @ peak power. nice to c my S5 with 4 x 750cc's has similar potential.

Damn nice numbers...it's also a near identical setup to mine. The biggest difference is probably your high flow cat.

Stock port engine rebuilt maybe 5k miles ago. - Same, eerily even the mileage is about right.
Stock sequential twins running 13 psi - Same, I run 10 psi on low and 13-13.5 on high
AutoExe Intake - Trust Air Intake
Efini y pipe - Stock USDM Y-Pipe
Knightsport Super U IC - Greddy Side Mount
Racing beat catback - PFSCatback
Random JDM high flow cat with airpump - Stock Cat w/airpump
HKS Downpipe - Random Catless DP
Pettit ecu - Same, I'm on the unlimited ecu
Stock injectors and Walbro 255lph pump - Same, except on stock pump (I think, I've never checked)
HKS Twin power - Stock ignitors

The cat, y-pipe and HKS TP are the main differences.

Good numbers but you’ll want to keep an eye on your AFR for safety sake and duty cycle of your stock injectors at full boost. Lots to read about on here about that subject. Have fun.

Some dragy runs logged.

Running Panspeed TI midpipe and car back now instead of cat and RB catback.

Sounds like the tune is good if you are still running well after 3+ years like this. These are almost the exact mods I'm going for on my car so I'm excited. I'll probably snag a Knights Sports tuned ECU initially and see how I like that and move up to a Haltech if I want more but honestly, these numbers would be completely fine with me. I've been holding out for the Aussie intercooler but I may just have to go with the knightsports one if they can't get their stock back. Its been a couple years so I'm not holding my breath. Already have the AutoExe intake. Planning on snagging a Knightsports downpipe (if I can find one) if not then I'll go with the SMB 3.5 inch. Will have to research all the high flow cats as well but those will be some of the last things.

never tuned a TT and am perhaps going to show my ignorance on it, but just looking at the graph it seems like you might try bringing the second turbo on sooner (~4000) rather than letting the first one run on so long solo.

edit: several years late to the party it seems …

All good, car is pretty much the same.
I enjoy the distinct one two punch power band, gives it good character.

You can definitely play with this aspect. I've ridden in a couple of cars that had the sequential twins tuned extremely well. One was one of Steve K's tunes and you really couldn't feel the transition, if I wouldn't have been specifically looking for it, I wouldn't have known it had one aside from the changes of sounds from the Turbos. There are a few tuners that have accomplished this. IRP built and tuned car was another one that had a very well tuned transition and powerband.
