Thanks man! I also went with the delrin bushing kit while I was at it. In all honesty most of the rubber stuff looked ok besides the diff mount bushings though. but the car is mostly just for track use. i will know more about the Stance setup after a few track days

Nope I ordered new boots so everything was removed, then baked, and then I greased the new boots and installed them. Was a pretty big PITA

^^ so just the boots were taking off and the joints were left in?

what about the pillowballs?

and what about calipers? do you have to remove anything/dissemble?

I had the calipers 100% taken apart before i did them. Correct I baked with them on to prevent any powder getting in, then I took them off, cleaned everything, regreased and put new boots on. The pillowballs I baked with them in but only because I knew I was replacing them before the car is driving again. Otherwise I would take them out and re install them after. As long as you have a press the bushing and such is easy.

Bringing up an old thread. I intent to do the same; powder coat, regrease, new Mazda boots.

wanted to see if you had any feedback as to how it went afterwards? Any issues with the ball joints?

thanks
