FD rear tire fitment
Any running 295/30/18 on a 18×9 with a 38 offset

That sounds way too wide for a 9" wheel. If you look up tires on tirerack.com and click the spec tab it will give you a range of acceptable rim widths for a given tire and size. For that size the minimum it lists in many brands is a 10". 10.5" would probably be best for a nice square sidewall without bulging at the sides. 275/35 is about max whats recommended to fit a 9", with 255 probably being the ideal size with no stretch and no bulge.
