Diff bushing removal

I removed all my stock bushing and when I did my rear diff brace bushing, I think I only got the rubber part out, but I am not sure if there is a metal collar that was suppose to get pressed out too.
Here is a pic. Is that metal coller also suppose to get pressed out??
If so what size socket did you guys use??
Thanks
Tony

That looks normal, the bushings have a split collar with a chamfered end, so it looks like that's not it.

That looks like part of the bushing. You should be able to hammer/chisel it out.

Compare the new bushings to the hole, compress it together using a hose clamp and see if it looks like it'll fit. How did you get them out? Because that looks clean, as if the old bushing was pressed out, and if that's the case, then the metal sleeve should have come with it. If that is the metal sleeve there should be rubber stuck to it, it wouldn't have come off that cleanly.

I had mine out two weeks ago and IIRC it looked about the same.

Well when i did it, the bushing oil was everywhere and i figured I just pushed the rubber out??? From lining up the delring to the hole, it appears that, that needs to get taken out too. I may just cut it out?? Any ideas?
