SAFC-II TPS or Atmosphere Pressure

I just purchased a SAFC-2, I was wondering which is better to do wire to atmospheric pressure sensor or Throttle position sensor?

... And which wires are used on each? (colors @ ECU)

The boost/pressure sensor wire is colored brown/red and the TPS wire is green/red.

The atmospheric pressure sensor should NOT EVER be used for this project. EVER, NEVER EVER.
