help with my safc II please !!!!!!!!!!!

my engine mods- emish. removal,3"turbo back exhaust (little kids cry),720 secondarys,fresh rebuild w/3mm apex seals. my car has been down about a year and i found the maf i was looking for and added the 720s sence my jdm motor pop(it was going to a swap but it didn't make it) the guy that setup the safc II for me is not available so here i am.

well whats different about your previous hardwear set up and the one you hve now?

your settings may not be too far off...

yup, but if only a few variables have changed from his previous set up, and im assuming he still has the same vehicle, then the settings should be kinda close.

atleast it would seem that way.

now when you said motor pop instead of swap, does that mean you blew it up?

cause if thats the case then i dont think the settings would be safe at all and your probably better off finding someone who is a reputable tuner and having them set it up with you there so you can learn how to set paramaters your self.

im not sure the settings are still there the car was pulled apart for over a year. and i added 720s. also i don't think the settings were changed when we added the 3"exhaust. i have found a stock setup page on 1300cc.com so if thats all i need im good

i had done a jdm tII swap and thought the rear rotor apex seal was stuck. nope it was gone.

good point,

i wouldnt run the vehicle if the settings were lost, and with those mods i would have it pro tuned befor i started it.

set that thing on a roll back and take it to tuning town, that way if those guys blow it up you can probably get away with absorbing a smaller cost than having to replace the entire thing yourself.

its in the shop now. i want to make sure the guys putting it togather know there stuff. and it never hurts to learn all about your tools.
