I haven't been in texas for about 9 years and im reading up on registering vehicles in Texas. FD's come with ODB1 correct? So if i'm registering my vehicle in texas... what do i need to worry about during inspection? (the small things like lights and horn etc are not my worries) Can someone explain to me what they'll be looking for (besides the small things)?

The car is registered in Florida, but has no plates. Should i just reregister the car in Florida? This will cause issues because the car is in Texas atm.
