If you're willing to do it yourself check out that link. Guy is local to DFW (iirc lives in Irving) and a car guy. I've known him for about 6 or 7 years now from when he had a Suby. Depending on where you're at he used to be willing to meet you to exchange the tool that way you save on shipping.

These guys. I think it's around $50/fender and they have tons of experience.

 

All my car's i've rolled my own fenders, but with the FD I am going to have these guys do it!

 

Protuning.com in Ft. Worth did my FD a couple of years ago and they did a great job.

 

dont know if they can roll them, but im having levries custom paint & body cut my fenders on my fd & supra.

they did a friend of mines supra and it turned out great.
