What line are you talking about, never heard of that name?

Basic hose connections:
(1) turbo out (anywhere from turbo outlet to the throttle body where boost can be measured) to a "T": one side to the bottom of the WG, the other to the BC solenoid input.
(2) solenoid output to top of WG.
(3) UIM pressure hose to boost controller.

That line which allows air to mix with the primary injectors can be left as is or not used at all. Does not make any difference. First time I have heard it's NAME.
I learned something today.

When I went to a Efini "Y pipe", I discovered that the fitting on mine was full of welding slag and was stopped up and not working. The car had been running like that for 5 years without any problems.

Since it is on the "Y" pipe outlet, it can be used as a souce or boost pressure.

There was a thread discussing this some time ago. Mine has been welded shut for a few thousand miles without any noticeable effects.
