What line are you talking about, never heard of that name?
Basic hose connections: (1) turbo out (anywhere from turbo outlet to the throttle body where boost can be measured) to a "T": one side to the bottom of the WG, the other to the BC solenoid input. (2) solenoid output to top of WG. (3) UIM pressure hose to boost controller. |

That line which allows air to mix with the primary injectors can be left as is or not used at all. Does not make any difference. First time I have heard it's NAME.
I learned something today. When I went to a Efini "Y pipe", I discovered that the fitting on mine was full of welding slag and was stopped up and not working. The car had been running like that for 5 years without any problems. Since it is on the "Y" pipe outlet, it can be used as a souce or boost pressure. |
cool, i didn't know the name, until last year, but i hook it up the wrong way for about 7 months now, having a little bit of trouble with boost " long story", with the line out works fine now, a cap it for now until, thanks

There was a thread discussing this some time ago. Mine has been welded shut for a few thousand miles without any noticeable effects.
