Need help - car keeps consuming o2 sensors innovate wideband

I had a MTXL wideband installed last year which lasted me about 300-500km some of the symptoms that I got when it was failing was the "Htr" was displaying when I started the car and would be stuck there without displaying the AF ratio, recalibrating helped for a short period (half or one day) also, taking out and cleaning it with brake cleaner helped for the same duration, but eventually it got to a point where the sensor could not be realibrated - After recalibration it was reading 8.5 (lowest point) and then jumped to 25.0 then to 8.5 and repeat.

The issue there was my sensor was located pretty much beside the turbo so I got a new sensor and got the bung moved down 3 or 3.5 feet behind the turbo.
After installation it ran good for about 10 minutes and after that It started behaving odd and got to a point where the new sensor in the correct location was showing the same symptoms as my old one:

After the 10 minutes of installation my gauge would get stuck at 25.0 I restarted the car and it ran fine again until the next day when I drove it for approximately 30 minutes it would get stuck again at 25 with an E8 error code then dive down to 8.5, 3 minutes later it would start reading normally again. I recalibrated it which helped for half a day and the next day after about 30 min It was getting stuck on HTR at starts like my first sensor. Eventually it got to a point where recalibrating did nothing so now when I recalibrate the sensor it will go from CAL to 25.0 to 8.5 and endlessly jump from 25 to 8.5 also while running.

One thing I noticed today after about 1 minute of running cold(this is after sitting in the garage overnight) is that the exhaust beside the turbo became very hot - not sure if this is normal, but seems too hot for a 1 minute cold start.

Any thoughts ?

Premixing alot? Oil will kill the sensor.

I got mine about 5-6 feet back. Just before the mid silencer. And have never had a problem with it.

I have been told this as well, running about 400-500ml per tank.

I have mine more than 3 feet back approx 4 feet, what is the solution ?

Well, I just found out that I should not have been calibrating it inside the exhaust, let's see what happens if I calibrate it normally.

i premix about 700 ml pr 100 liter. So 0.7 %

I have an innovate also. Read the instructions. Free air calibration is what your suppose to do. Also it tells you to install some copper spacers cut into a wide "V" shape and place in between the sensor and bung to help absord the heat. I went and bought a piece of copper sheet from a local HVAC place. My sensor is mounted 48" down stream of the header flange.

Now I remember, I was being cheap at the time and didn't want to buy the heat sink so I researched and made one of these on the cheap. Mine has 4 layers.
