Full-race turbo kit

Hey guys I have a full-race turbo kit for my FD. It consists of a Borg Warner S400SX (76mm), Full-Race T4 twinscroll manifold and twin Tial 44mm mvr wastegates. I'm just seeing if anyone else has this set up, and to see if so what size steel braided lines you use and fittings as well. I also would like to have some help on the an fittings as well.

-4 feed and -10 return is what I am using.

Do you use steel briaded boost lines and do they hold up?

I don't have any from underneath :( but it's all tucked underneath. The lines are pretty damn close to the manifold.

3AN feed and 10 AN drain, I'm running hard lines on Wastegates because heat was melting the silicone and burning thru the braided ones.

They're daisy chained too I forgot

RX-713B 08-24-13 12:59 AM

What are the an fitting and steel braided line for if the they're not for the wastegates? Coolant hooked up to the wastegates?

BLACK MAMBA 08-24-13 10:15 AM

RX-713B 08-24-13 10:43 AM

BLACK MAMBA 08-24-13 09:49 PM

Had a local shop made them out of brake lines.

RX-713B 08-24-13 10:42 PM

There is no such wastegate...its either a 38mm MV-S or 44mm MV-R.

My Full-Race manifold has flanges for the 44mm Tial or 45mm Turbosmart wastegates.

They may have been dual 38mm in the past, but currently they are dual 44mm.
