I have to clearance my frame rail for my turbo.........any suggestions?

Do as a friend had to do on his, use a heavy hammer on it!

You must be installing an SR KKK turbo ... I used many four letter words as I pounded the crap out of my frame rail. If the motor is still in the car as mine was, a small diameter heavy wall pipe about 3 ft long and a heavy steel hammer works ok.

Couldn't get enough clearance to satisfy myself that it would not hit (soft ass Mazda motor mounts) so I designed and fabricated an engine torque brace to keep the turbo from hitting the rail. My torque brace incorporates a body color urethane bushing to absorb any vibrations.

Anybody want to buy an SR Stage II turbo? Mine is for sale.
