This is all under the assumption that it does actually run. Looking at those pics, thats a big and probably incorrect assumption.

However, it does probably explain why the fuel pressure was down so low... big injectors and an ECU from a completely different car, they needed to do something to make the pulsewidth output of the ECU equal the amount of fuel needed into the engine, although its pretty astonishing that anyone could be dumb enough to think that was a good idea and would work well over the whole rev range. At least its got a distributor so they arent trying to make the mess control spark timing too.

Id would have thought you would be outf lowing your 4x550 on a pp turbo anyway.
Im selling a microtech cheap if you want to fix most of your problems :)
