Cozmo Kraemer's FD kit in the works. There is still a lot left to do, like wastegate runners, hard lined cooling lines, muffled midpipe, and coating everything included the LIM. I'll post completed pictures once its done.

Amazing work as always.

Looks pretty tight between the hotside and LIM? Or is it just an illusion due to the angle of the photo

Its tighter than I wanted it to be, should have tilted the turbo flange a little more. however I would rather have the downpipe in that position than the turbin in the vicinity of the intake manifold.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Glad to see your FD's in good hands, after the shit you've been through you deserve a badass setup. Looks killer, what turbo is that?

Thats just a To4E 57 trim I'm using for mock up. We're going to use the engine dyno to figure out what turbo works best for this motor/setup.

I am not looking for huge power out of this setup. My main objectives, which Elliot has been trying to build the setup to attain are first and foremost RELIABILITY!!! (and I am not joking there:))... a nice broad torque curve...good response...and adequate power (the arbitrary 400whp @ 15psi or less). He has paid a lot of attention to the little details and used quality components that will help this engine/turbo run cooler and more efficiently.

I am definately anxious to see the results!

Very nice work.

Is that a Countach and a Miura in the background?

Rex7-93 01-27-07 07:01 PM

very nice, would love to see the finished product and some dyno numbers.

Rpat312 01-28-07 02:59 PM

looks like a Pantera to me in the background. now the miura idk.

cozmo kraemer 01-29-07 12:14 PM

They are both Lambos the black one is an older Countach. The green one is a rare four seater. I forget the exact name...has a pretty sweet v12 though...

Elliot,

So now the exhaust is totally done? Or do you still have to finish the wastegate runners? What is left to do? Looks like we are getting close...light at the end of the tunnel perhaps??!!?

God I hope so. We both know this car has been here way to long. I feel bad you've had to pay to make things right for a second time. I keep waiting for the day I can find someone fresh, who has not been ripped off..

Hopefully this weekend I can wrap up your runners, get things out to be coated, and get your engine on the dyno and maybe let you actually drive this car. I know talk is cheap, but for what its worth; we are doing our best to make sure everthing is done right this time, for the last time....
