Rear shock mount assembly question
My rear shocks are protruding through the mounts. Can someone tell me from this diagram which part (or combination of parts) the shock's piston actually pushes against to function? From the diagram it looks like everything would just blow through the top of the mount..
Thanks in advance..

After grabbing some spring compressors I found the issue.. 28-020 was pushed down past the metal ring on the shock piston itself, and the bumpstops were gone.
Incase anyone is wondering.. the answer to my original question (I believe) is 28-014b and 28-020 should press against 28-040 which prevents the shock from blowing through the top of the mount.

28-014 is the bumpstop and 28-040 is the upper spring perch which shouldn't allow the piston to blow through anything as it sandwiches to the strut hat with 28-030 on top. spacer 28-016B is also important since the strut should be allowed to twist, without it the top mount 28-030 will be deformed.

Super helpful. Thanks. Got it back together in the right order and the shocks are working now. Not sure why P.O. assembled them bass ackwards.. but *shrug*
