most ridiculous is the literature that came with the car.
original sales stuff, brochures, repair manuals and tons of 70's newspaper clippings.

Dude now see that is alot sweeter than when he posted it asking what it was worth

Please tell me you are going to keep it original. If not contact me before you start chopping away we might be able to do something to benefit both of us.

well there are two major problems with it.
no title and the roof is rusted pretty bad, that vinyl roof cracked up and just soaked up water.
i wont do anything drastic, dont worry, i sold trochoid my repu partly because i felt i couldnt care for it properly.

im almost more impressed by the literature than the car.
it sucks i have every service record EVER, but no title...
that rotary engine rebuild book is from 1972.

If the car was last registered in Missouri, there are ways to get a title. A quick title search can confirm this. It might be as simple as applying for a lost title.

Can't tell what year it is here but in KS, after it's 35 years old or older (1972 or older) you can get an antique title with just a Bill of Sale from the guy you bought it from.

RX4 Wagon

Hello,

Nice find. Hope you will be restoring it and keeping it original. Fixing a rusty roof in no bad. You have a complete car with all the trim, thats whats hard to find. Wagon's popularity are on the rise and Rotary collectable's are even more so. With all the hstory and literature you have you can have a very nice show car if you wanted.

That model is rare as the 74 RX4'a have the first 13B engine and that model was changed in 75.

Good luck

Max

Don't think he is wanting to sell it...just shared some pics of his sweet find. I would like to go and see the wagon if it's not running for the meet.

well we tried to start it last weekend with no luck. it would run for about 10 sec max with gas down the carb but it was shaking bad and would die when you gave it any gas.
think it may be time for a rebuild.

also shined up the paint, it looks waay better now. i'll post some updated pics soon.
