i vote for golden corral...all you and eat and a variety of food...and NO wait once your in the door! quick and easy!

as for route, sounds good to me, 178 -> 215 -> 276 -> ceasar's head for the return...little over 100 mi round trip...3 - 4 hours of good driving...

what do you mean by "276 pisgah"?? are you suggesting pisgah mountain aka 151?!?!?

rotarybeat1287 03-01-08 12:23 AM

The 276 route through the Pisgah forest... because there is the continuation of 276 through Caesar's Head as well.

djjjr42 03-01-08 12:48 AM

3-4 hrs for 100 miles? Is this a go-kart meet or what?:lol2:

rotarybeat1287 03-01-08 12:50 AM

thats "racing" talk you spitting out there! BTW, no one is allowed up at this hour except me... the honorary SCrx7club insomniac! GET TO BED! haha

djjjr42 03-01-08 12:53 AM

At least I'm not the only insomniac...was in your neck of the woods earlier today, pm me ur # and next time I'll hit u up bro!

Offered $7k today to total my car, not gonna happen, those fuckers are gonna fix it!

NoviceRotaryTech. 03-01-08 07:20 AM

Interesting #....7.

lt1_rx7 03-01-08 09:46 AM

well, 3 - 4 hours of 100 mi...accounts for traffic, stopping on occassion to stretch, and stopping for when a car breaks...and if the weather was better we would stop for ice cream...

allen sounds like a good route to me, should be plenty for everyone to get their fill....

Eat-Pez 03-01-08 10:39 AM

Ya, not only that, but these are mountain roads. Even with my mad driving skilz, I can't take them at 60mph

Andrizzanizz 03-02-08 06:37 PM

all chuck town peoplee.....
are we meeting up and cruising there in a group?

rotarybeat1287 03-02-08 09:49 PM

fuckers better get ready. We drove a sick little loop today. I think it'll be a good candidate for Saturday's meet.

lt1_rx7 03-03-08 06:29 AM

178 - silversteen off of Hwy 64 (VERY FUN) - 215 to Hwy 64 - Hwy 276 Caesar's Head down to Hwy 11.

lt1_rx7 03-03-08 02:47 PM

i have yet to drive silversteen...

rotarybeat1287 03-03-08 03:43 PM

Silversteen is very technical and smooth. I used to have pictures of it but don't anymore. Ruby Tuesday's sounds fantastic to me b/c I can get a Steak and shit load of A1. What do you guys think?

gxl90rx7 03-03-08 03:47 PM

ill be in columbia from thursday on.. so if the charleston crew could stop at exit 97 for me, that would be great.

how many are leaving early with chip? hmm not sure if ill be able to get up at 7-8AM on a saturday, but ill try

im going to try to make this one, even though my TII is drinking coolant and now the clutch is slipping.. should be good fun!

rotarybeat1287 03-03-08 03:52 PM

Jamin didn't you say that you had the oem hatch cover that was blue? If you have that and the speaker covers to make it work I may be interested if its in good condition.

9637 03-03-08 07:33 PM

I will be coming to the meet and might bring a few friends. Can we get an absolute final meeting place and time together in the next 48 hours. I have to pass the info along to friends and don't want to be too last minute. Looking forward to saturday.
