FL Need Help
Need Help!!!!!!!

i have an 88 vert 5sp that sat for about 8 months, got it running and everything works PERFECT but when i reach 4000 rpm it doesnt what to go BUT if i eas on the gas pedal slowly it will go .....................
i dont know if its the tps going or my secondaries PLEASE help me out !!!!!!!

i will replace the fuel filter first then try the grounding........
