Quick question on GoPro

I have been trying to compile some videos of my car to later cutup for a compilation video but it seems I always have terrible wind distortion on the audio. I am using the standard non skeleton backing as well. Any ideas on how to help this issue, other car videos online don't seem to have this issue. Also can I turn the volume up on the GoPro at all? My engine seems quiet but it really isn't in real life. Just wondering.

I used to have the same issue everytime I took my GoPro for a ride, lol... Find a thin layer of upholstery padding or any flexible type foam that's breathable enough and put it between the back door and GoPro... For this to work good for me I had ordered the seal scuba case and combined it with the skeleton door and has worked wonders... to thick of padding and you will muffle the sound quality... try thin layers at first and see how they work for you, add as you feel needed. Let us know how that works

I have seen some folks put a small sock over the case strapped down by a rubber band but not sure how the quality would work... just a thought if you wanted to try that and see how it works for you.
