awsome . lol the fastest rx8 had a 3rd gen motor. its true mazda fucked up with the renesis motor

 

Why did Mazda **** up with the Renesis please tell me?

I was under the assumption that is does what they wanted it to do in a production car. Just because it doesn't yeild the same numbers how can you say they fucked up?

According to this the NSX motor is a failure?

I agree, I can't stand when people say they Mazda "fucked up" with the Renesis. The motor is fantastic (then again usually they've never driven one anyway)...the gearing isn't quite what I think would be perfect (it could be a bit shorter to help with the torque), but it's still very good. The car is fantastic altogether and people should really get over this whole it doesn't have a damn turbo thing. I love this motor...and the car to boot . Anyone who hates it I'd say go drive it and you'll change your mind, but you've already decided that you hate it cuz it doesn't have a turbo...but for what it's worth go drive it already!
