I called RX7.com on Monday July 7th, got a real person right away (Mary?), and I asked for Ari, as he's been great in the past.

Ari was helping another customer, but Chris was available so I spoke with him instead. I told him due to my schedule I "need" the turbos by Friday the 11th so i can install them on Monday the 14th.

I ordered the Efini turbos on Monday and I had them in in my hands on Friday the 11th. I just installed them Monday on my day off.

I work in sales and customer service, and i'm used to exceeding my customers' expectations, but NOT having mine exceeded.

Not just one person, but the *people* at RX7.com have *consistently* provided the highest level of customer service.

Getting the parts on time simply made my day. Everything went as I had asked.

(The turbos installation? I won't say how long that took me. Lets just say it took me less than a day heheh ... hey it was my first time doing this !!)

As stated above, perfect service as usual.

Thank you Ari, Mary, Chris and RX7.com

Josh

That has been my experience also in 5 or more years of buying stuff from them.
Love that "ahem" part. I know exactly what you mean.

This may be the wrong section for this post, but I'll do my best to help. Your overheating issue may be a factor of the rad fan, fan clutch, radiator, air flow or even a motor. We've seen stupid things like a front bra on a car reduce airflow to the point of overheating.

As for the idle, it sounds like an adjustment, maybe the TPS. Either way, you might want to get with a local rx7 specialist or a real good shop in your town to get a 2nd opinion.

Good luck,
Ari

You guys are great, and I've had nothing but great service from all of you over the internet, while I was in SC, but I recently moved back to Texas, and have sent you 3 or 4 e-mails and left 2 messages since i get off work after you have already closed, and have yet to recieve a reply. I don't know if you have all been very busy at the shop or what, but I would have liked to have gotten a response a few weeks ago as i was driving through Garland on my drive home from SC. So I will try this route and see if I can get a response. please contact me when you get a change. -Clint

Thumbs up fan of Rotary Performance

Rotary Performance is awesome! Chris, Mary, and Ari have awesome customer service and some of the best knowledge anywhere. I've trusted them for all parts, repairs, and upgrades since buying my FD in 1999.

Hey all at Rotary Performance, Just wondering if you guys are still useing this Forum as a means to comunicate with customers? I work nights so it is hard for me to call during your normal buisness hours. I just have a couple questions about some of the cars you have sitting at your shop. are they all customer cars or are some of them owned by the shop?

And absolutly great costomer service and very informative. thank you for you help in the past and look forward to doing alot of future buisness with you.

thnx, Gary

I just bought a FD with a rebuild done by you all!!!!

Question though...if the motor hasn't been ran in three years do i need to worry about any of the seals? The rebuild was very very very fresh before it sat. Maybe 5000 miles tops on an automatic.

Yes, the website is still working. sometimes the prices change when you add parts to the cart...... the recent price increases aren't shown on the site.

I stopped by not too long ago, the cars upfront are looking dilapidated, first gens with flat tires etc... Starting to look like a salvage yard. I cant believe the city doesn't complain. The front desk looks like a storage closet. Have you all considered finding/building a larger shop?

Regardless of the appearance of the shop, these guys are the best. Extremely helpful even if you're not buying from them. They really know their stuff which is rare when talking rotary. There are a few claimed rotary doctors in Oklahoma, but I still refer to these guys (and girl).
