Here's a picture of what I will look like when Allen finally runs his car down the 1/4.

don't encouraged him beefy.

I took in some racing today and will head back to philly this afternoon. A huge thanks to Crispeed and mike from awd. I had a great time hanging out with some great people. there is still a lot of work to be done before the car is ready for the track but hopefully it won't take too long.

hahahaha

I really shouldn't give anyone a hard time. In the past 6 years I've went through 3 chassis, at least 2 engines, a hand full of turbos, ECUs, transmissions, rear-ends, etc. and have never managed to put together a rolling race car of my own.

Can't wait to see it run Allen!

Your car looks and sounds really good man, its going to get lots of attention anywhere you go. Not to many rx3 like that around.

enzo250 05-25-11 10:30 PM

Congrats Allen. Get that car to the track. :)

ultimatejay 05-25-11 10:41 PM

Allen, when you get her back home, what else do you have to do to get her track ready beside buying lots of clean underwear for yourself. LOL

Thanks everyone. I lack Injector cleaning, spool, fire bottle, seat belts, chassis cert, finishing trimming the quarters for tire clearance, moving the IAT sensor, setting up the chassis, front suspension limiters, and raise the back of the car/reposition the tubs to gain tire clearance. Not a lot of money just a lot of work!

And run the higher spirits fuel unless you want to be like our little friend down here who got me sourcing an after cooler! :)

beefcake 05-27-11 06:19 AM

so i read it as you need to bash the shit out of the rear guards, you need to remove the injectors and spray them with carby cleaner , you need to refit your street seatbelts, and then go racing, yeh nah haha
