Weld RTS pics

Got the fronts on. Rears will be here next week. Had to add a 1/8th inch spacer and grind the mazda off the calipers. Tires are MOROSO DS-2's 25x4.5x15. I didnt weigh them but I can tell they are lighter than my old set up.

Wonder how them woud hold up on the street. I see guys running around with all sorts of drag wheels on there street cars. Would suck to bend one though. Looks vady vady nice! I like the moroso tires. Kinda different

Thanks guys! Figured you may like them Allen

Not sure if I should go 26's or 27's on the rear. Leaning towards the 27's. I think 26's look a tad small even with the 25's on front.

Those are for the big dogs! I just have the base rts ones coming. I tried 10's for the rear and they wouldnt work so 8's on the way. What do think on tir size for me? 26's or 27's?

Always go with the tallest tire that will fit, you get more contact patch just like going with a wider tire.

15x8 5.5 back space wheels are for sale ! Took a gamble and thet are a tad wide than what I want. On stock fenders you will need to roll the fender lip. I don't want to do that.

Paid 496 to my door. Will sell for $375 plus shipping.

looked to redneckish so I pulled right off! Put the old set up on, hit the track and smoked the clutch first pass. This will be my 7th clutch. Got to find something to last a little longer. Wonder how a sintered iron disk would do with this tranny now that I flat shift?

Pedal effort is VERY low. When the clutch is cold it is very easy to modulate and drive smoothly, when it is hot it is either on or off! It's a little noisy on engagement but after that it's fine. I have beat mine relentlessly and never had any troubles with it (5th gear burnouts). The clutches can be found cheap on Ebay but the flywheel is another story. If you decide to go trough with it let me know and i can turn you on to a flywheel manufacturer.
