700r4 w/its overdrive if money was no issue and if it fit in the tunnel. the 3.06 1st w/a high stall converter would be sweet. nice to be able to keep boost thru the gears. and the driveline would last. an auto behind a turbo is a match made in heaven.

the turbo 350 may be old school but most newer shit doesn't even compare to the reliability. used to put my boat '69 elcamino sideways up to 80mph, i doubt it is going to give you much grief in a lighter chassis. |
